Where is City Tobacconist and Convenience located?
We’re at G05/39 London Cct, Canberra ACT 2601, on the ground floor in the heart of Canberra City (Civic).
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday 7:30am to 8:30pm, Saturday 10:00am to 8:30pm. We’re closed on Sundays. Hours can change on public holidays, so check our Google Business Profile or give us a call.
Is there a convenience store open now near Canberra CBD?
If it’s before 8:30pm Monday to Saturday, we’re open. Weekdays we open at 7:30am and Saturdays at 10am.
What products do you sell?
Snacks and confectionery, cold drinks, everyday essentials, phone accessories, and tobacco products for customers aged 18+.
Do you sell phone accessories?
Yes. We stock chargers, USB-C and Lightning cables, power banks, earphones, cases and screen protectors. Call ahead to check a specific model.
Do I need ID to buy tobacco?
Tobacco is sold only to people aged 18 and over. We ask for photo ID if you look under 25.
Can I call to check if something is in stock?
Of course. Call +61 478 603 027 and we’ll check the shelf for you.
